**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the planning and organization of events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and vendor communication.
- Coordinate event setup/teardown, including arranging furniture, decorations, and signage.
- Provide on-site support during events, assisting with guest registration, check-in, and attendee inquiries.
- Assist with post-event activities, including data collection, evaluation, and reporting.
- Maintain organized files and documentation-related events, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of event activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Integrated Events & Project Management or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to make "common sense" initiatives and make sound judgements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
