About the role

The Studio Assistant at This Humid House is responsible for helping to maintain our workspace and assist in operations, supporting the Floral Design team in executing projects and helping with ad-hoc tasks.

This is an early career role and is aimed at those who enjoy the dynamism of events and making things happen in an organised manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory management of consumables
- Assisting with deliveries and team logistics
- Resetting the studio after events
- Sourcing and procuring for projects
- Preparing and packing for projects and events
- Assisting with venue bump-ins and event setups
- Coordination with event planners, production, AV, landscape contractor, movers, freelancers, etc.
- Organising and executing event tear-downs
- Submitting paperwork for event setups

**Requirements**:

- Confident drivers - Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license
- Extremely organised
- Resourceful and a creative problem solver
- Flexible with great communication skills
- Able and willing to work on weekends
- Good time managers
