**Key Responsibilities (All Levels)**:

- Deploy and manage Red Hat OpenShift (Platform Plus, Kubernetes Engine, and Container Platform) on bare metal.
- Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems (physical and virtual).
- Configure and maintain IBM Fusion and Ceph Storage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support containerized workloads and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and security standards.
- **For Fresh Graduates with Relevant Degree Credentials / Entry-Level Engineers**:_

**What You’ll Learn**:

- Hands-on experience with Linux systems, OpenShift, and IBM infrastructure.
- Real-world exposure to enterprise-grade platforms and hybrid cloud environments.
- Mentorship from senior engineers

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Linux, containers, or cloud platforms (academic or personal projects welcome).
- Willingness to participate in standby/on-call rotations (with support and training).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- **For Experienced Engineers (3+ Years)**:_

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and RHEL in production.
- Familiarity with IBM Fusion, Ceph, and enterprise storage solutions.
- Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible).
- Ability to lead projects, mentor juniors, and drive platform improvements.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- RHCSA / RHCE / OpenShift Administrator
- IBM Certified Specialist (Fusion or Storage)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
