**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a Technician/ Asst Engineer with expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) or Energy Management and a strong familiarity with field devices. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing exceptional Operation & Maintenance support at customer sites. You will receive comprehensive training on various aspects, including the configuration of Linux-based edge gateways, data integration into the AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) Platform, working with IoT sensors. Collaboration with the Engineer in charge will be crucial to ensuring efficient and effective execution of responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Engineer in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and project documentation.
- Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance tasks on Edge connected equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Accurately document all required information for each site visit, including time and expense entries.
- Ensure timely completion of site interventions, repairs, remedy works, and equipment commissioning to meet customer requests.
- Assist the Engineer in system design, integration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, contributing to effective project execution.
- Perform system configuration and testing of new hardware, software, PLCs, IO controllers, and other relevant components.
- Willingly work on-site to supervise site installations, system configurations, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Provide on-site technical support to end-users after the completion of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and system functionality.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma, NiTEC, Higher NiTEC in Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, or Equivalent:

- Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience is ideal; **fresh graduates** are welcome to apply.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,400.00 per month
