As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining social marketing platforms and creating content for social media pages. You must have a strong grasp of current social marketing tools and be able to develop and execute social marketing campaigns on time and on budget.
You will also work closely with the team and/or appointed agency to organise PR activities, as well as influencer marketing.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Plans, creates and develops engaging social media content, schedules/ calendars and campaigns (paid & organic), working closely with the content production team
- Plans & manages social marketing calendars and schedules/ uploads approved content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, in line with content ideas and campaigns for brands and products
- Copywrites and assists in the messaging of all marketing collaterals and PR material
- Manages social media platforms/ communities by crafting appropriate responses to social media posts and discussions
- Monitors and prepares reports on performance of social media platforms post-mortem to achieve effective marketing goals that increase awareness, engagement and sales where applicable
- Analyses competitor activity and research social media opportunities that are beneficial for the brands and businesses
- Assists in the development and upkeep of influencer marketing and contacts;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or any related field
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in social marketing - platforms, advertising, algorithms
- Writes well and able to write catchy content
- A keen eye for details
- Strong project management skills - able to juggle multiple projects, and execute them well
- A proactive and collaborative team player who is able to work independently and in a team to deliver results
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and marketing software are an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $3,200.00 per month
