Job DutiesPreparing to company / Group budget & forecast data
- Assist Budget preparation process, coordinate with marketing, admin division and stakeholders to ensure smooth budget compilation
- Assist the collation of financial data from marketing and ADM division of company for completion of reporting
- Check submitted data carefully and communicate well with divisions and avoid errors to be shown

Financial & Management reporting
- Assist to prepare materials for budget meeting and budget reports for managements.
- Prepare report in actual and budget
- Work with IT on standardize and automate management reports in order to provide accurate reports

Analyze financial information
- Support analysis of budget, forecast and actual result of company financial information
- Assist to analyze budget PL of some subsidiaries, and Admin division.
- Join the budget meeting of subsidiaries and take notes, i.e. draft the minutes

Budget system support
- Assist with budget system and other accounting system related implementation / maintenance support for specific area e.g. expense, expense allocation and so on
- Requirements**Skills**
- Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Ability to analyze financial data and assist to prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
- Positive attitude to work
- Self-motivated to enhance his or her skills and experience
- High interpersonal skills to communicate with people
