**Planner / Delay Analyst**

This is an opportunity to join one of the world's largest private consultancies with an international footprint with access to Asia's largest and most complex construction and infrastructure projects.

We are looking for ambitious and experienced Planners who are interested in working in the delay and claims space. My client has a well-known culture centered around truly valuing people, fostering collaboration, and true real-world flexibility with hybrid working options.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting forensic reviews of baseline and monthly construction programs
- Organizing and scrutinizing supporting documents and records
- Providing valuable planning solutions to clients
- Assisting the lead delay expert in crafting expert reports
- Utilizing P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel for efficient project management
- Undertaking supervised delay analysis exercises

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on construction experience, preferably in Singapore
- Degree in engineering or a construction-related field
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel software
- Passion for construction dispute resolution and construction law
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with standard construction industry contract forms
- Goal-oriented with a commitment to delivering results
