**Responsibilities**:
**Business Growth & Strategy**:
Drive the strategic growth of the public healthcare business, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients.
Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
Explore and implement new revenue streams, particularly in areas outside of traditional infrastructure and BAU services.
Lead new business initiatives in the healthcare sector, identifying innovative solutions that meet client needs while maximizing profit and value.
**Team Leadership & Development**:
Serve as a coach, mentor, and role model for the healthcare sales and business development team.
Provide guidance on best practices in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation to enhance individual and team performance.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
Manage team performance through regular reviews, feedback, and setting clear goals and objectives.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in public healthcare organizations, acting as a trusted advisor.
Understand client needs, challenges, and market dynamics to create tailored solutions and deliver exceptional service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet clients' expectations and goals.
**Sales and Revenue Generation**:
Lead the sales efforts for large-scale healthcare projects and public sector initiatives, ensuring alignment with business development goals.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across healthcare products and services.
Support the development of sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
**Market Intelligence and Trends**:
Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, ensuring the company is well-positioned to adapt to market changes.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership and marketing content that highlights Logicalis' capabilities in the healthcare sector.
**Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership**:
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other business units to ensure the best healthcare solutions are delivered to clients.
Work closely with internal teams to optimize operational efficiencies, improve service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Reporting and Forecasting**:
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to leadership on a regular basis.
Track and report on the performance of the healthcare business unit, identifying areas of improvement or potential risk.
**Performance Management.**
Weekly cadence with the sales team
Taking proactive action when sales team members need improvement
Ensuring account plans are developed, acted upon and kept curren
**Salesforce Pipeline Management.**
Ensure accuracy and concurrency of opportunities
Ensure each opportunity is populated with relevant and accurate details
