- Assist in carrying out the compliance function of the fund administration business and corporate services business
- Implement and administer anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ACRA’s AML/CFT regulations and requirements
- Conduct regular assessment of the AML/CFT mechanism such that it is effective and sufficient to address any change in ML/TF trends and regulations
- Provide advisory and assessment on Client Due Diligence requirements and risks escalated by the Client Acceptance team for on-boarding of new clients, and Trigger/Periodic Reviews
- Assist with compilation of data and preparation of reports for submission to Group Compliance
- Prepare, investigate, file and monitor STRs
- Provide compliance support and guidance to the business
- Maintain risk registers and review transactions of clients of various risk ratings
- And adhoc duties / project assigned by Compliance management

**Requirements**:

- Min 1 years experience in the Fund industry
