**Altrad Services - Singapore**:
The Altrad group of companies has been active in Singapore since acquiring the Cape, Hertel, Kok Chang and FRP Products brand throughout the years. In this location the local business currently provides multiple services direct to blue chip clients across the Mechanical, Insulation, Scaffolding and Protective Coatings disciplines, and the addition of other core service capabilities is being targeted by this locally growing business. Currently, the business operates from a combined office and workshop premises in Jurong, with various site offices on Client sites from which its 1,500 Employees deliver our daily operations.

**The role**:
This is an excellent opportunity to partner with Altrad at an exciting time, as we continue to grow as a global organisation. This exciting new role requires a seasoned marketing and brand strategist to define the marketing and brand strategic framework and corresponding annual plan to build brand equity and support the companies’ strategic game plan across the Asia Pacific region. In addition, this role requires a senior professional with global experience who is comfortable pioneering and driving change across multiple countries within the Asia Pacific region.- Translating commercial requirements and customer insights into marketing and brand frameworks and strategies
- Driving the brand’s strategic choices, holistic communication plans and brand executions across all media and consumer touchpoints, leveraging data, insights, creativity, and innovation to achieve the desired brand position
- Influencing and contributing to the business-as-usual marketing strategy providing high-level direction to these disciplines
- Managing agency relationships in an end-to-end fashion
- Monitoring and analysis of brand performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements to the wider business
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy and company values
- Staying on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to advise clients on best practices

**About you
- Minimum 8-10 years proven track record in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies
- Extensive experience leading strategic programs in the brand space
- Experience developing online brand CX, including new site builds
- Must be comfortable leading and making decisions despite ambiguity and be able to justify those decisions with well-reasoned, customer-centric arguments
