**The Senior Logistics Assistant role will support logistics operations and provide excellent customer shopping experience to build stronger customer relationships and satisfactions.**:
**Operations**
- Order fulfilment (admin), such as generating the order sheets for packers, creating airway bills, tracking links to customers, last mile keepings with in-country distributors.
- Logistics admin work.
- E-store order processing (admin component such as preparing order sheets for packer, creating airway bills, tracking links update to customers).
- In-country order fulfilment (last mile).
- Tracking of courier fees and consignment.
- Sales reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly), data analysis.
- Handle import and re-export permits and documentation.

**Warehouse Housekeeping**
- Inventory management.
- Maintaining of master data.
- Assist with monthly stocktake/closing.
- Assist with re-packing of goods for wholesales fulfilment.
- Assist with inbound goods and re-packing into store.
- Pick and pack (adhoc).
- Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required.

**Education**
- Diploma, NITEC or GCE “O” level qualification.

**Skills, Knowledge and Relevant Experience**
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Possesses excellent customer service mindset with good communication skills.
- Good written and verbal skills (English and Chinese - to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts for job purposes).
- Organized and meticulous.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Able to multi-task and adapt to fast-paced environment.
