You will report to the Business Development & Marketing Manager, and your duties will include:
- Business Development:

- Develop and drive Business Development Plan for existing and new markets to increase student enrolments.
- Liaise and effectively engage with local / overseas partners / agents for direct student recruitment drives and marketing activities.
- Actively manage, maintain and evaluate agents according to the Agent Management System.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and issues affecting the educational industry to help the school stay ahead of the competition. Gather market intelligence on competitors.

Student Enrolment & Administration
- Responsible in driving student enrolment number for local and overseas market based on market assigned.
- Work closely with Student Admission and Services Department for admission test arrangement.

Marketing & Other duties
- Plan and execute advertising and promotion concepts that are aligned to Business Development Plan.
- Social Media - idea and content planning and engagement to increase brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance of corporate branding and positioning.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job requirements
- Job requires occasional overseas travelling and work on weekends when there is an event.
- Possession of Design Skills for preparation of marketing creatives would be an added advantage
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently and in a team.

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,550.00 per month
