**Purpose of the Role**:As a Regional Consultant you help our clients to compete more effectively in the multichannel environment of todays world and support them positioning themselves in the connected digital world. You will identify commercial opportunities based on client needs assessment and translate them into a project design, monitoring the project execution and ultimately deliver the results to the client.

You work closely with the Global Director to tune the regional APAC strategy and the local POS Ax consultants in APAC and position POS Analytics internal with the local and regional POS Tracking account management team and the other GfK product teams. In your role you also contribute to innovation and development of the POS Ax offering working with the Global POS Ax Marketing and Innovation and lead to ensure that our solutions stay competitive.

Externally you are the POS Analytics lead contact for the global and regional clients as well as the senior advisor to local POS Ax consultants

**Key Activities**:

- Develop and maintain high-trust client relationships by providing POS Ax solutions that enable client’s success through thorough understanding of their business challenges
- Identify project opportunities and create winning project proposals and present them to clients
- Develop analytical approaches when solution to problems fall outside of existing methods
- Cooperate with global and regional hub working team on modeling, analysis and decking process
- Provide actionable insights to client incorporating cross category & market references
- Construct persuasive presentations that help clients in making good business decisions
- Monitor and report commercial success using the POS Ax protocols

- Global POS Ax Director
- Global and regional POS Ax Operations Lead
- EMEA and LATAM POS Ax Regional Leads and Local POS AX Consultants
- (Key) Account Director, Account Manager, Product Group Heads

**Technical skills required**:

- Knowledge of the retail market for durable consumer goods
- Proficient with MS Excel & Power Point a must, familiarity with statistical modeling concepts and knowledge of SAS, R, SPSS and related tools a plus
- Multitask-able across several projects
- Committed, motivated & always eager to learn
- Independent yet embraces team spirit in a flat organization setting
- Able to translate large scale data set to meaningful, actionable steps
- Effective communication to non-technical, managerial level audiences
- Skilled at maintaining good working relationship with people at all levels
- Extensive Travel required in APAC
