Boustead Wavefront Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment banking firm that works with Asia-based, high-growth companies in three areas of focus: corporate advisory targeting high-intellectual property content companies; IPO origination and execution for Nasdaq and NYSE listings; and placements in Pre-IPO and IPO offerings of companies where its affiliate Boustead Securities, LLC has been engaged as the firm commitment underwriter. From its beginnings as Wavefront Venture Labs Pte. Ltd. in 2017, to its acquisition by Boustead & Company Limited in 2021, Boustead Wavefront and its experienced principals have built the business on top-level relationships it enjoys with strategic corporate partners and investors, deep knowledge and expertise in intellectual property optimization, and a consistent client list of innovative companies seeking capital, market access, and liquidity.

**Responsibilities**
- Acquisition and relationship management of clients and investors across asset managers, financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity, family offices, and accredited investors in Singapore and globally
- Sale of equity (pre-IPO and IPO shares to be listed on Nasdaq/ NYSE)
- Contribute to sales and business development strategy and long-term planning
- Manage client information and database
- Create and manage digital contents, presentation documents and marketing materials
- Plan and organize marketing events to promote sales
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Degree holder in finance or business major
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of equity sales
- Acting/ acted as the representative of dealing in capital markets under MAS or other regulated market
- Strong and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Results-oriented and Positive team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $8,000.00 per month

- equity sales: 5 years (required)
- private placement: 1 year (preferred)
