- Develop and support Manufacturing & Lab Security (MLS) strategic vision for all sites within region. Provide direction to site-level IT Leads and Security Officers in implementing this vision.
- Provide direction, leadership, and expertise to sites within the region on information security for manufacturing & lab environments.
- Build and maintain relationships with site-level IT Leads and Security Officer roles within region to drive security initiatives and standards within manufacturing & lab sites.

- Implement and refine Manufacturing & Lab Security (MLS) strategic direction for all sites within region of responsibility.
- Develop and maintain OT & Lab security control roadmaps.
- Provide Direction to IT Site Leads and Information Security officers on implementation of MLS strategy and related security controls.
- Ensure IT Site Leads and Information Security points of contact are aware of relevant Information Security activities and/or decisions made at global governance level.
- Translate Global MLS Blueprint & Standards to site needs.
- Develop and maintain site OT security roadmaps in conjunction with sites in region
- Oversee, guide and track periodic security self-assessments for all sites within region.
- Provide direction to sites and establish process to track and manage site-specific OT & Lab cybersecurity risks.
- Grant/track and manage the lifecycle of exceptions to MLS security policies within region where necessary.
- Collaborate with each site in region to implement MLS training & awareness program.
- Establish process within region to provide security review, advisor, and sign-off on local projects within manufacturing and lab environments.
- In conjunction with global Incident Response and IT Site Leads and Security Officers, manage OT Security Incident Response processes when needed.
- Contribute to creation and maintenance of global MLS Blueprint and Standards based on OT Security industry standards considering Takeda’s specific requirements.
- Provide guidance on OT & Lab Security to ISR, IT, and the business.
- Continually review and update OT and Lab security controls including both technologies and processes.
- Take leadership role(s) within ongoing Manufacturing & Lab Security program, and any future projects and programs relating to Manufacturing & Lab Security.

- **- Experience evaluating, selecting, and rolling out security solutions in an OT and/or lab enviornment.
- Experience identifying and managing security risks within manufacturing and lab environments.
- Understanding of, and experience working in a Purdue-model based security environment.
- Holistic understanding of security strategy within OT and lab environments and how it differs from classic office/enterprise security models.
