Regional Manufacturing Manager

Job Description:
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with multiple sites in the Asia Pacific region to ensure consistent performance and promote excellence.
- Monitor site performance for accurate forecasting and efficient production.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes and technology.
- Support local plant managers and drive positive outcomes in production targets and cost reduction.
- Ensure plants meet quality and CSR standards, and handle audit findings for certification.
- Compile management information for decision-making.
**The Talent**:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Manufacturing Engineering preferably from local university
- 8 to 10 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, costing, and workforce management.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methods is a plus, along with ISO qualifications.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Proficient in Mandarin as its essential for close coordination with counterparts in China.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
