**Position Overview:
As a Regional Manufacturing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our client's manufacturing operations within the region. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards, cost control measures, and operational excellence. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and traveling to other plants during audits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage manufacturing operations across multiple facilities within the region to achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including supply chain, engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance, to drive operational excellence and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability within the manufacturing teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on manufacturing performance, including production metrics, cost analysis, and operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics.
- Proven experience of **8 to 10 years **as an operational leader in a **fast-paced, high-volume **manufacturing environment.
- Experience with **lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma **, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus, and **ISO qualifications **will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and workforce allocation, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve long-term objectives.
