**Roles & Responsibilites**
- Responsible for short, medium and long-term planning of IT functions for the Organization
- Develop overall business IT plans and strategy for the Organization, in alignment with Organization goals
- Operationalize and execute to the approved IT Plans.
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects
- Develop project plans, define and schedule project activities and resource requirements
- Establish and maintain global & specific local IT management policies and procedures and review for continuous improvements
- Provide system and network support which includes maintenance/monitoring of servers and hardware installation and set up
- Ensure security of data, network assess and back-up systems are in order
- Identify problematic areas and recommend and implement strategic solutions on a timely basis
- Conduct regular check on the infrastructure and systems and develop rectification plans
- Responsible for IT vendor management, including ability to negotiate on terms and pricing
- Oversees and manage the procurement and issuance of all IT related equipment and managed all IT assets inventory
- Assessing the technical requirements of clients, escalate and work with internal product/Tech team to ensure resolution of requirement in the shortest possible time
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across Departments and teams.
- Manage and measure IT Operation Support service satisfaction levels
- Manage and uphold the troubleshooting escalation process
- Manage and support all external software user license and experience
- Work with third parties and vendors to ensure service quality and rectify issues to minimize downtime impact to business operations.
- Identifying gaps in the support process and amending it accordingly
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required or assigned

- At least a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
- Have at least 8 - 10 years relevant experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years supervisory experience
- Experience working with Azure Cloud Platforms and multiple Operating Systems
- Strong leadership skills to lead a team of IT Executives & Specialist in the IT Operation Support
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis of computer hardware /software /network
- Good knowledge in Cloud management, data centre management & governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, networks administration and network installation
- Excellent inter-personal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
