Assist Talent Development Lead (Singapore & South Korea) in:
Attending to Talent Development related enquiries from employees
Managing end-to-end execution of various training calendars/ learning programs by ensuring their timely implementation including managing enrolments, arranging the logistics, liaising with the internal faculty / external training providers to customise and develop the training programmes and materials, post-training evaluations etc
Analyzing data, generating report and monitoring progress on training compliance of key accounts
Collaborating with overseas support teams to execute learning requirements
Design, development & execution of learning campaign to promote learning culture
Identifying learning needs and skills gap analysis and designing of training calendar
Introducing any process improvement or ideas that will make the function more effective and relevant
Designing and executing initiatives that can promote STEM education in Singapore, targeted in helping young students to gain basic orientation to programming and IT industry
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
Independent and organized, comfortable with details
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player who is adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Resourceful, creative and self-motivated
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table etc) and PowerPoint
