**Intern, Human Resources - Career Mapping Process, Culture & Talent Development**

As ASM is rapidly expanding, we have a critical need to scale all aspects of Culture and Talent Development therefore seeking an Intern who will be able to be part of the journey.
**A day in the life of Human Resources - Career Mapping Process Intern**
- Collaborate with Global people teams to work on a career mapping process to provide a clear roadmap for talent to grow within ASM and to support roll out of culture and talent programs including vendor management in regions. Examples of these programmes are organization wide psychometric tools, learning and development and embedding values across the organization
- Data analytics (including job descriptions & specifications, required skills and competencies, personality profile and training support for key roles)
- Generate possible pathways for employees to achieve development and growth to target roles
- Support the Global people teams on the Gallup Engagement Survey tracking analytics, sharing insights and follow-up actions mapping.
- Mapping processes on headcount, organization changes, programme etc.
- Perform Data analytics for Talent Review and Succession Mapping for businesses.
- Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor
**What Will Make You Successful?**
- Undergraduate (penultimate year) pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Data Analytics or Human Resources/ Media minor preferred
- Strong interest in data, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Software usage: text analysis & text mining tools, Excel, Power BI and video editing skills.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Ambitious and talented with excellent study results, have an international orientation, thrive in a multicultural organization.
- You have great flexibility and enjoy a motivational level that is best described as ‘passionate’.
