
Chinese Restaurant Manager

During our course of expansion, we are looking for an excellent **Restaurant Manager** to join our team of passionate and talented individuals in operating a Chinese restaurant, serving Chinese cuisine with a touch of teochew favour.

**Expected Job Responsibilities**
- Oversee day to day restaurant operations
- Achieve the outlet's KPI
- Ensure the adherence of restaurant standards, service benchmarks and company rules and regulation
- Ensure high quality of customer service consistently
- Maintain the restaurant’s image from staff to cleanliness of premise
- Manage and maintain operational records including inventory, sales and staff as well as monitoring, evaluating sales performance
- Understand our products so as to be able to advise customers
- Respond and handle customer complaints
- Lead, train and guide team to provide excellent restaurant services
- Set and update service SOP’s
- Contribute ideas and assist our marketing department with A&P
**Requirements**:
- Well groomed, fluent in Mandarin and English and possess good interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Chinese restaurant operations
- Up to date on industry trends
- Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality
- High quality standards in customer service, health, hygiene, food and beverage
- Exceptional leadership skills
- 6 day work week, 44 hours
