As the Director - Sales and Consulting services, you will be responsible and focused on developing the strategy and execution of consulting services in Asia for CXC Global. You will be passionate about winning new business and forming genuine client relationships; your mandate will be to build contracting consulting services for CXC Global in Asia.
This is a hands-on strategic leadership role to build and maintain a high-performance contracting consulting team in Asia. This is an exciting career-defining opportunity for an entrepreneur with a "why not" attitude.
This role will report to the Managing Director of Asia and form part of the strategic leadership team.
**Role Scope**:
- To own and develop a strategic strategy and vision to build contracting consulting services for CXC across Asia.
- Increasing the sales volume and gross profit of the Asia region Through contracting solutions with existing and prospective clients and partners.
- A personnel history of winning and delivering complex contracting consulting projects in Asia is key to success.
- Be the operational champion daily, striving for operational excellence.
- As one of our key differentiators is service, you will also focus on
creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
- As an active mentor, you will provide leadership and guidance to your team and the broader business.
- Attending and leading conferences and events
- Training, education, and development of new knowledge programs for both internal and external clients
- Be a thought leader with a focus on educating and influencing market trends.
- Key client negotiation lead with a clear focus on positive opportunities.
- Overseeing and management of client accounts, existing and new.
Maintaining awareness of trends and news relevant to the team,
clients, and industry.
