Role Overview: As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our dealership, assisting customers in finding their dream cars while delivering exceptional service. Your strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with your passion for cars, will allow you to connect with potential buyers and guide them through the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions about our vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities to showcase the unique selling points.
- Present and promote vehicle options that align with customers' preferences and budget.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Effectively negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the finance partner to secure financing options that suit customers' needs.
- Ensure prompt and thorough follow-up with potential customers to nurture leads.
- Coordinate with our service team to address any post-sale queries or concerns.
- Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships for potential future sales and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive/EV trends, market competition, and industry developments.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to deliver accurate information to customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus, but we also welcome motivated individuals with a passion for cars and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
- Results-driven and target-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- A valid driver's license is required.

**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
