**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and publish cabin crew rosters on a timely basis, following prescribed regulatory requirements, service requirements, work rules and targets built in the Rostering System.
- To pre-assign crew duties, flights and/or training where required. Ensure accuracy in pre-assignment and conduct validation checks to ensure all the relevant rules are met before roster is published. Ensure relevant checks and balances are in place to prevent errors.
- To ensure adequate crewing on all flights in accordance to safety and service requirements, without violation of regulatory and welfare rules.
- Execute and manage allocation of cabin crew annual leave and leave requests to ensure adequate crewing on all flights in accordance to safety and service requirements.
- Carry out investigations and attend to crew queries on rostering and leave matters.
- Support in systems testing, e.g. crew roster optimiser and crew tracking systems.

**Required Skills**:

- Possesses a diploma qualification, preferably with IT or systems background
- Knowledge of crew rostering procedures/processes and being conversant in Crew Manager (CM) and SAP would be advantageous
- A team player, able to work independently, highly motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
