**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Plan Students and Alumni Activities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan workshops, events and activities to engage students and alumni
- Imbue Desired Graduate Profile into all activities planned for both students and alumni
- Plan and execute PET Freshmen Orientation and Sectoral Learning Journey (SLJ)
- Propose well-thought through event programming for approval and execution
- Partner external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of SLJ
- Source relevant items for goodie bags
- Write summary of each concluded events
- Draft messages to engage students and alumni

**Design of Publicity Materials**
- Work with internal Communications team to design publicity materials
- Ensure website information on alumni is updated

**Continuous Improvement and Management of the Office Administrative Structure**
- Update SOPs and work processes regularly
- Ensure prudent spending of allocated budget

**Ad-hoc Projects**
- Provide support for NIEC-related activities
- Work on other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Experience in planning and organising of students and alumni activities will be advantageous
- Experience in designing of publicity materials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- IT savvy with knowledge of IT trends and developments
- A team player who is task-oriented and able to work independently
- Able to work on weekends when required
