Be part of a team that supports the Student Life Team:
- Guide and support student clubs and international student chapters, fostering the development and involvement of student leaders and the wider student community.
- Coordinate events including appreciation gatherings, integration activities, and team-building events, promoting a vibrant and inclusive campus atmosphere.
- Facilitate training sessions and learning opportunities to complement academic studies, ensuring students receive holistic support for their personal and professional growth.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through the Student Life mailbox, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
As well as be part of the International Office (IO) Team:
- Develop and update orientation materials and briefings for new students, covering pre-departure preparations and the initial three months in Singapore, to facilitate a seamless transition into academic life.
- Ensure timely processing and renewal of student visas, collaborating with external vendors for visa-related services and airport meet-and-greet arrangements.
- Administer student medical insurance, coordinating registration and liaising with Business Units to ensure comprehensive coverage for all students.
- Maintain open communication channels with students, utilizing social media platforms and the website to share updates and important information.
Others:
Undertake any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the company, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the student support services.
