**Position Overview
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial operations, where you play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the company.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including assessing investment opportunities, managing cash flow, and implementing internal controls.
- Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity to ensure efficient utilization of funds.
- Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations. Supervise accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger, to maintain accurate financial records.
- Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies. Coordinate with auditors for external audits, if necessary.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate funds for daily operations and future investments. Implement cash management strategies and monitor working capital requirements.
- Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, working closely with various departments to establish financial targets and monitor expenditures. Track budget performance, analyze variances, and provide explanations and recommendations.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.

**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a start-up environment.
- In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with financial management systems and tools.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of the organization's overall business strategy.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving. Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards in financial operations and decision-making.
- Familiarity with industry-specific financial practices and regulations may be advantageous, depending on the organization.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities and navigate through the challenges of a start-up environment.

Location : One North.

Might be required to travel to warehouse/showroom/roadshows to meet and engage with our team

Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. OT may be required from time to time depending on business needs.
