Provides support for intra-cage infrastructure installations, following standard operating procedures for semi-routine internal teams' installs. This may include fiber trays, ladder racks, internal teams' equipment, and cabinets.
- Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures for cable management of coax, fiber, twisted pair copper, and semi-routine intra-building cross-connects.
- Provides support for semi-routine testing and installations of internal assets, following standard operating procedures.
- Under supervision, one may learn non-standard operating testing methods, such as layer two and layer three testings.
- Supports standard operating procedural tasks and offers backup assistance to team members when necessary.
- Ensures the satisfaction of internal teams by strictly adhering to semi-routine execution order requirements in a timely manner.
- Delivers exceptional service and an outstanding internal teams experience while interacting with internal teams.
- Provides support and communicates time expectations for new deployments and existing alterations, following standard operating procedure guidelines.
- Supports the fulfilment of projects in accordance with standard operating procedures. In cases where projects deviate from standard procedures, work under supervision.
- Coordinate with vendors during projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Contributes to physical internal teams audits as part of project requirements.
- Provides support to new hires, facilitating their onboarding process.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification High School Diploma and above
- A minimum of 3 years of distinguished IT work experience, showcasing a track record of excellence.
- Prior experience in data center management and maintenance is highly preferred, showcasing your expertise in this specialized field.
- Advanced skills in hardware installation, coupled with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Profound familiarity with industry-leading data center cabling standards and requirements, ensuring precision and compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
