
Business Development Manager

Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the developer community through market research, networking, and other strategies
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and partners for our developer relations as a service offering
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the developer community
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the developer relations team, to identify and assess potential business opportunities
- Develop and deliver presentations/proposals to potential clients and partners in the developer community
- Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors activities in the developer relations community
- Achieve and exceed annual business development targets for our developer relations
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience with market research and analysis
- Familiarity with the developer community and experience working with developers would be an advantage
