Attend to walk-in customer by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
Support customers over the phone with operational and technical issues
Coordinate with the technical support team time tables and assure prompt servicing
Coordinate equipment collection and returns
Coordination of customers preferred timing and communication with logistic department
