**Job Details**:
The TFO Change & Enablement Team is responsible for global change management and enablement programs supporting Treasury & Finance Operations (TFO), which includes Accounts Receivable Operations, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Travel, Expense and Global Equity Plan Services. We focus on the people impacted by a project to ensure that new technologies and processes are embraced.
The TFO Change & Enablement Analyst will have diverse responsibilities, which include process analysis, training, content creation, and communication management to support key business and operational initiatives.
You will conduct an impact analysis to develop your change management strategy and execute your plan across project teams and business owners, who are eager to make change happen. Key to this role, is your ability to articulate value, inspire, and sell change management outcomes to senior leaders. You are the ultimate end user advocate that always considers the end user experience. This role requires a high degree of visibility with cross functional partners and senior management around the globe.
The role will report to the Senior Manager, Program/ Project Management. Salesforce is a fast-paced environment and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to manage multiple responsibilities and projects while producing high-quality work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct impact analyses for complex programs across Treasury & Finance Operations teams
- Determine the level of change difficulty and create plans to match the complexity of that change/project
- Own and drive the end-to-end change plan beyond project delivery to ensure goals are met
- Create engaging content used for communications and training resources
- Proactively identify and develop improvements to change management strategy & methodology
- Partner closely with project teams and senior executives across the company
- Educate business partners about change management value
- Work with business partners to maintain a library of policy and process documents
- Prepare presentations for the team and senior management highlighting performance in an easy-to-understand, executive-ready manner
**Required Skills/Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of professional work experience related to business/process analysis, change management, or project/program management
- Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels and across business functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
