Key responsibilities include:

- Support roll out of Talent Management initiatives including performance management, human capital planning and succession planning, policies and guidelines
- Support Management and HR to ensure Talent Management programs, practices, systems and policies are in placed & executed on property
- Having full oversight and provide guidance on online HR system and database to maintain accuracy and adherence of our human capital process
- Support internal HR communications on webinar sessions, developing manuals, creating presentations and generating reports
- Analyze data and metrics on to propose recommendations and drive project targets

- Analyze data and metrics on to propose recommendations and drive project targets
- Research latest HR trends on sourcing and talent planning methods and technology
- Organize and participate in regional office associate events
- Support Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team on various projects and assignments as assigned

- Display professionalism in verbal and written communication with all stakeholders

**Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- We are looking for university student who is passionate, committed and keen to establish a career in the Human Resources discipline with the following attributes:

- Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced and action-biased environment
- Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent Analytical and Numeracy Skills
- Some experience with PowerBI and PowerQuery preferred
