**Field Officer, Programmes (Part Time)**

The Field Officer, Programmes, supports, and develops the work of our Companies in schools. She is typically assigned to only one (or at most two) school(s). The Field Officer has the incredible privilege of being with youth or children each week, impacting them and their families with her presence. She is creative, passionate, purposeful, and joyful with a sense of calling. Her work creates a legacy that will pass on to the next generation as they emerge.
- Design and execute an annual programme based on the GB Curriculum in either a primary or secondary school.
- Connect with parents, teachers, and school leaders, discovering how the GB Company can add value to each of them.
- Create a culture in the Company based on the GB method.
- Bring on new volunteers and facilitate a sustainable schedule to serve our girls regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Clear sense of purpose and desire to make a difference in the community and especially in young lives.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in programme creation and direct work with youth in a non-academic setting, professionally or as a volunteer.
- Experience in uniformed groups, youth / children’s ministry and work, event planning and management and or cross-cultural/pioneering work would be an advantage.
- Of sound mind and body, to be able to be active physically.
- Strong interest in the latest trends, strategies and methods of instruction that relate to youth.
- Understands the basics of working with others, able to call other together and facilitate a work group.
- Students above nineteen years of age are welcome to apply.

**Proficient in**:

- Effective communication through writing and speaking (English).
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Online engagement tools (Zoom, Teams, Mentimeter etc.)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
