**Responsibilities**

**1.** **Reception**
- Answering and transferring phone call.
- Booking of Taxi for visitors.
- Attend to walk-in customers/ guests and visitors.
- Attend to walk-in collection / pick-up books at reception.
- Sorting of Incoming mails /Parcels & Daily newspaper.
- Others Ad-hoc matters

**2. Administration of Daily Despatch Schedule**

a) Daily Delivery Planning
- To work with David, despatch driver on the daily schedule.
- Inform Despatch on next day despatch request and update him any new add on within the day for urgent request.
- Inform relevant parties when the despatch is on leave.

b) Online Despatch Request Excel Record
- Copy from the responses excel and paste in on this Online Despatch Request Excel Record and indicate the no. of request by department

c) Delivery Request Record of Children’s Books, Stallion Press and Staccato
- Record if there’s any request for internal Billing
- Internal Billing for Children’s Books, Stallion Press and Staccato
- Bill quarterly or half yearly depending on the request received

**3. Monitoring of Monthly SP Services Bill (Electricity & Water)**
- Record the details as per invoice in the excel spreadsheet on the average consumption and usage. Alert Lesley/Shu Ping of the unusual charges or usage.

**4. General Admin**
- Attend to Pest Control for both internal and external compound area of the building.
- Working with the vendor regarding the Vending Machine at loading bay.
- To work with the cleaner to ensure the cleanliness of level 1.
- Raise billing form for the electricity consumption at Level 2, Gym room.
- Assist in events at level 1, Exhibition Room if required.

**5. Office Pantry Procurement & Fulfilment**
- Coordinate & raise PO for monthly office pantry procurement & fulfilment.

**6. Other ad-hoc duties as & when assigned**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification GCE ‘N’ level or ‘O’ Level
- Experience as a receptionist or in a related field
- Experience with administrative and clerical work
- Competency in Microsoft applicants including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Conversant in English & Mandarin
- Able to work as a team, helping with various tasks as assigned

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
