Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SRX Admin to join our Optical Department. This role supports the end-to-end supply chain of safety eyewear – from receiving and processing orders to coordinating delivery to customers and optical shops. The ideal candidate must have strong numerical skills, be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and comfortable managing daily communications via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage SRX (Safety Rx Eyewear) orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Work closely with optical shops, customers, and internal teams to track and coordinate order status, lens fitting, and dispatch schedules.

Handle daily phone calls and emails with clarity and professionalism to ensure smooth communication with clients and partners.

Maintain and update detailed Excel reports related to inventory, order tracking, delivery status, and performance metrics.

Perform data entry, order verification, and document management with precision.

Liaise with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and troubleshoot any delays or issues.

Provide administrative support to the Optical team as needed to ensure efficient workflow.

Identify and escalate urgent issues that may impact customer satisfaction or order fulfillment.
Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative or supply chain support roles, preferably in optical or healthcare-related industries.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple phone calls and manage communication professionally.

High attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with optical shops, eyewear supply chains, or SRX products is an advantage.

Familiarity with order management systems or ERP tools.
