**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and quotas.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Set individual sales targets for the team and monitor their performance against these targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company objectives.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex sales issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel [e.g., 25% of the time, as needed] for client meetings, conferences, etc.
