**ob Summary**:
- Support and assist the Head of Human Resources Management
- Collaborate and communicate with HR Teams in Japan Head Office and Group Companies in ASEAN & Oceania, including Singapore office
- Manage regular and ad-hoc regional HR reports and projects/assignments/activities
- Take initiative and proactively make recommendations and improvements in the context of regional HR development
**Responsibilities**:
- Foster solid working relationships with various stakeholders
- Develop, implement, revise and communicate Company’s HR policy, procedures and administrative practices
- Assist with budget and forecast preparation for regional HR activities
- Lead, manage and support regular and ad-hoc projects/assignments/activities (e.g. regional Employee Engagement Survey; regional HRMS implementation)
- Support ESG and diversity management initiatives/projects
- Handle regular HR Risk report and ad-hoc reports, and submit within timeline
- Support and enhance regional Talent Management programs/activities (e.g. Succession Planning; Training and Development)
- Manage training needs through a structured needs analysis process, and develop and track region-wide programs as appropriate
- Assist with recruitment of regional positions
- Identify and implement ways to improve work processes and outputs
- Assist with the diagnosis of performance concerns/opportunities and identify root causes and offer effective and holistic solutions
