**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all HRMS modules data - criteria gathering, data migration, UAT, parallel run, implementation plan
- Provide suggestion regarding HR modules for HR systems, user experience, user interface, dashboard and report format
- Manage the user testing for functionality
- Execute implementation and roll-out of HR systems
- Manage changes made to HR processes and systems with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance of HR systems with data and regulatory requirements
- Train/Follow-up on HRMS admin user training
- Responsible for creating/updating SOP for HRMS
- Manage HRMS vendor relationship
- Responsible for e-Leave portal year-end closure & initiation of new calendar year
- Creation of New Hires profile in HRMS
- Creation & Termination of New Hires Pfiles on KRIS
- Configure, troubleshoot & administer all leaves on e-Leave portal
- Preparation of Certificate of Employment letters for employees

**Job Specifications**
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, HRIS or equivalent
- Ability to analyse business process requirements, understand HR domain knowledge and translate into HRIS system requirements
- Must have hands-on experience in data cleansing, integration and migration activities
- Advanced data analysis skill
- Experienced with various HR Systems and HRIS implementation - experience with HRIQ,Prosoft Unit 4, PageUp and KRIS preferred
- Familiar with MOM regulation & HR practices
- Energetic, positive minded individual, meticulous with an eye for detail, organised and maintains confidentiality in all situations
- Possess project management skills
- Possess strong teamwork with initiative, problem-solving and execution skills & ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related field
