**Responsibilities**:
This position will interact with both internal and external stakeholders to manage various logistics activities and compliance related matters. The role manages various forms of shipping modes (air, sea, land and courier) and reviews SAP transactions and customs formalities together with third-party warehouse operator. Other responsibilities include establishing freight services, resolving disputes and interpreting regulations, coordinating transportation and logistics functions for the importation and exportation; ensuring all movements are in line with domestic and international transportation, customs rules and regulations and export control compliance.

**Other Job Responsibilities**
- Monitor and support Contracted Manufacturers delivery schedules and timeliness; establish protocols for Contracted Manufacturers to increase their productivity and performance
- Manage FG logistics compliance and performance reviews, including physical, transactional, and cross functional activities
- Coordinate with logistic peers globally to ensure seamless movements of FG (e.g. finished or partial tools / backorders / sellbacks / buybacks)
- Provide cross functional support within the organization (e.g. Supply Chain, Account & Order Fulfilling, Finance, Trade & Foreign Compliance)
- Document issues and recommend preventive measures related to FG activities; review and enforce process requirements, especially in bookings and documentation
- Ensure accuracy of shipping documents for on-time movements with freight forwarders
- Work closely with customer-appointed freight forwarders to manage requests and identify areas for improvement
- Manage freight forwarders’ pricing and operational performance; analyze seasonal impacts and initiate contingency planning to ensure smooth service and warehouse optimization
- Manage global projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely execution
- Lead existing/new SAP transactional processes

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
- Graduate with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs - Excel, Power BI and Power Point
- Working knowledge of SAP MM is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal relations skills
