- Lead the painting department
- Liaise with Project supervisors
- Coordinate across all trades and meet project schedule and plans
- Overseeing Shipside paintings during drydocks
- Monitoring paintings works onboard
- Reviewing Punchlist and close up

Pre-inspect modules at every stage and ensure quality meets specification agreed
- Prepare painting reports on time with approval from clients
- Inspect materials are properly prepared and painted as per rfi and ensure quality meets ITP
- Inspect paintings and rectifications when required.

Comply with the specifications, control and monitoring the activities
- Responsible for quality control of all painting works, including standards and procedures etc.
- Prepare documentation like painting procedures, ITP, galvanizing procedures, or any other procedures specified by clients
- Review painting specifications from paint manufacturer
