This role is in partnership with the SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme (SGUP).

**Role Description**

This Analyst role is under the export team, which is part of the Trade Finance Operations.

Key stakeholders will include customers, relationship managers, middle office, transaction banking team and cross-functional operation teams.

**Specific Responsibilities**

To handle the below mentioned export products:
1. LC advising, Confirmation of LC
2. Export Collection bills without Letter of credit
3. Export Collection bills under letter of credit
4. Export payment / finance

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure the execution or processing of the daily transactions are in adherence with the bank/head office/compliance policies and procedures.

2. Carry out basic checks, including sanction and red flag checks on all transactions.

3. Basic house-keeping or filing.

4. Liaise and/or follow up with customers for incomplete transactions.

5. Any adhoc duties or projects assigned by the team manager or HOD.

**Competencies**

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

3. Lifelong learning: Open-minded and willing to organise and manage own learning by setting learning targets to enhance knowledge and skills to achieve lifelong learning.

4. Ability to adapt to the environment and culture.

5. Knowledge of trade finance products will be an added advantage.
