**The Opportunity**

Operating within a small team of high performing sales professionals, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, market share and growth in your assigned territory.

Developing and executing strategic customer contact plans you will play a critical role in ensuring we achieve our overall business objective across the cardiovascular portfolio of GP clinics and Group Practice and large key hospital accounts.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Promoting Organon’s cardiovascular products via sales calls (Face-to-Face / Digital) to relevant health care professionals in a scientific and compliant manner
- Executing promotion activities to reinforce key messages, increase brand awareness and address customer queries
- Generating demand and driving order generation to achieve assigned sales targets
- Overseeing the coordination between Customer-Organon-Distributor to ensure contracts are in place as well as appropriate stocking and deliveries are achieved
- Monitoring account sales, sharing regular feedback with Sales Manager
- Implementing and monitoring trade/discount and other programs as required
- Identifying new business opportunities

**Requirements**:
Your recent professional experience should address the following key selection criteria:

- Proven track record of (over) achieving sales targets in the GP Clinic and Group Practice or Hospital segment
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare sciences combined with an ability to understand complex scientific scenarios
- Ability to communicate with influence across diverse audiences
- Strong team player and willingness to learn
- Full Singapore Driver's License with fulltime access to a vehicle
