**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Formulating, implementing and executing of membership programme and activities.
- Conduct regular member’s survey to better understand member’s needs and interest and service level.
- A hands on approach towards communicating with members which supports the members’ engagement and growth strategies. This includes project management, frontline communications, content creation, activities planning and implementation.
- Responsible for the retention target and management of the renewal activities.
- Monthly reporting on the membership progress and initiatives.

**Other duties include**:

- Attend to membership and customer’s enquiries
- Provide support to the Membership administration and operation needs.
- Any other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the marketing field / data analysis / project management.
- Creativity with a willingness to innovate in improving or creating new processes is highly valued
- Able to communicate well with members, vendors and internal stakeholder
- Self-starter, Independent and a willingness to innovate in improving or creating new processes is highly valued
- Meticulous detailed work and data accuracy management skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good project management skills, attention to detail, adaptability and people
- Possess Marcomms, digital marketing, social media experience is a plus.
