We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and management of our product lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Product Development: as part of a self-organized development team, specify, develop and launch new products and features. Manage the product development process from ideation to launch
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company’s vision. Define the product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- User Experience: Advocate for the end-user and ensure that the product delivers an outstanding user experience. Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product features and performance.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Experience in working in an Agile team with Jira or any similar tool.
- Experience in building a product roadmap and managing stakeholder expectations

Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
