[What the role is]

As a Procurement Account Manager, you play a critical role of guiding and advising the divisions in their end-to-end procurement processes. You will work closely with the divisions to ensure the procurement process supports the divisions’ business needs and adheres to the prevailing procurement principles and policies.

**[What you will be working on]**:

- **Work with divisions on their purchase requirements and propose appropriate procurement approaches and sourcing strategies that best meet divisions’ business needs**:

- **Ensure purchases made by divisions comply with the Government Instructions Manual (IM) on Procurement and NLB’s Procurement Policy and Guidelines.**:

- **Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including GeBIZ transactions, from review of procurement documents to preparation of contractual documents**:

- **Assist to review NLB’s procurement processes, policies and guidelines to ensure procurement governance and efficiency for NLB**:

- **Raise staff awareness of procurement matters through the regular engagement of staff e.g. conduct briefings to staff on procurement policies and guidelines**:

- **Participate in projects to improve NLB’s procurement processes through automation, technology and analytics**:
