**Job Description**:
**Internship Opportunity at Madame Tussauds Singapore**

**About the Role**: Are you ready to start your journey in the entertainment and tourism industry? As a **Guest Services Host Intern** **at Madame Tussauds Singapore**, you'll play an integral role in delivering unforgettable guest experiences and supporting day-to-day attraction operations. From welcoming visitors to assisting in the gift shop, every day brings exciting challenges and opportunities to grow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests at admissions, processing ticket sales efficiently.
- Restock and manage merchandise at the gift shop and sales counters.
- Help guests capture memorable snapshots and answer their questions about the displays.
- Actively promote and upsell souvenirs and tickets for all experiences.
- Operate and monitor our interactive experiences, including the 4D cinema show, boat ride, and F1-themed VR game.*
- Ensure cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards across the attraction.
- Our comprehensive training program will provide all the support you need to excel in these duties

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A friendly and enthusiastic individual with a “can-do” attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with people from around the world.
- A keen interest in delivering exceptional guest service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a bonus but not required.

**Internship Details**:

- Stipend: SGD $800 per month.
- Duration: Flexible internship period of 3 to 6 months.
- Work Schedule: Regular day shifts (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM / 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM).
