Yacht Crew

**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Yacht Crew members to join our team. Willing to relocate to Singapore and be crew on board first; before being trained to be a Captain. Best comes with crewing experience and knowing how to do maintenance as well as basic engineering.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the yacht, providing exceptional service to guests, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

**Yacht Maintenance**: Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain the yacht's exterior and interior to ensure it is in top condition.

**Guest Services**:Provide excellent hospitality to guests, including food and beverage service, assisting with activities, and ensuring their comfort and safety.

**Navigation Assistance**:Assist the captain in navigation, docking, and anchoring procedures.

**Safety Compliance**: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and assist in emergency procedures when necessary.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage supplies, equipment, and provisions on the yacht.

**Team Collaboration**:Work closely with other crew members to ensure seamless operation and communication.

**Event Preparation**: Assist in the preparation and execution of onboard events, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail.

**Maintenance Reporting**: Report any issues or maintenance needs to the captain or yacht manager in a timely manner.

**Job Requirements**

**Experience**: Previous experience as a yacht crew member in Singapore and Malaysia or in a similar maritime role is highly preferred.

**Certification**: Valid and relevant maritime certifications in Singapore or Malaysia such as PPCDL.

**Language Skills**: Basic English and Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is preferred

**Physical Fitness**:Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require agility, such as handling ropes, climbing, and lifting.

**Customer Service Skills**:Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and attention to detail.

**Team Player**:Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a positive attitude.

**Flexibility**: Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by yacht operations.

**Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
