Oversees Muis' policy development, research, corporate planning, data analytics, risk management and registry functions.
- Spearheads collaborative and capability building efforts with leaders, staff, and strategic partners to advance Public Sector Transformation efforts in the organisation. These efforts include service innovation projects (i.e. through customer journey maps), people strategies and initiatives (e.g. strategic workforce planning), digitalisation and citizen engagement programmes.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the design and implementation of Muis' strategic planning process (Scan ➔ Plan ➔ Execute and Review) for impactful delivery of policies and programmes.
- Leads policy analysis and research activities (including futures studies) in priority areas to achieve organisational goals and long-term outcomes.
- Responsible in driving data efforts within the agency and managing cross-agency data management issues, including those relating to data sharing.
- Works with key stakeholders to set the vision and direction for data governance.
- Champions effective data analytics and records management efforts.
- Initiates projects with potential to transform work, workplace and workforce, so that Muis as a public agency can deliver with excellence today and innovate for tomorrow.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in leadership roles with track record in successful programme/project implementation
- Qualification in public policy and administration preferred
- Background in data science, research and/or risk management would be advantageous
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to produce consistent, quality work in a fast paced environment
