About the Role:
We are looking for experienced IS Security Engineering Consultants to join our client’s cybersecurity team in Singapore. The role involves managing the lifecycle of security tools including installation, upgrades, patching, and support, as well as engaging in proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations and deployments of new security products.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and implement enterprise security tools and create execution plans.

Install, upgrade, migrate, and maintain security solutions on Windows, Linux, and container-based environments.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to evaluate and deploy security solutions from POC to production.

Ensure all tools are tested, validated, and seamlessly integrated into operational environments.

Provide expertise in areas such as threat detection, endpoint security, data protection, and network security.

Identify risks, raise change requests, and follow change management processes during deployments.

Support the development and maintenance of security-related policies, procedures, and documentation.

Engage with stakeholders across different teams to ensure mínimal disruption during rollouts.

Required Skills & Experience:
3 to 5 years of cybersecurity experience, with in-depth knowledge of at least two security domains.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with tools such as:
EDR, XDR, MDR

Vulnerability Management, SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS

PAM, UEBA, WAAP, WAF, DDOS Protection, etc.

Strong understanding of compliance, security architecture, and operations.

Prior experience working with security solutions vendors and managing tool lifecycle.

Familiarity with security best practices, threat mitigation strategies, and risk management.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, healthcare) is an advantage.

Familiarity with Singapore cybersecurity regulatory frameworks is desirable

Pay: $3,379.02 - $9,452.79 per month
