Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

  • Participate in regional security consultancy projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop Security Concept Designs and Security Protection Plans.
  • Conduct Physical Security Master Planning and Security-by-Design initiatives.
  • Perform Security Risk Assessments and Audits.
  • Prepare Threat, Vulnerabilities, and Risk Assessment (TVRA) reports.
  • Develop Security Protection Plans (SPP) reports.
  • Present periodic ad-hoc reports of interest.
  • Coordinate with project team members such as Architects, M&E, and Blast Consultants/Contractors.
  • Prepare Security Systems Technical Specifications, including site reconnaissance and clarification meetings.
  • Assist in BIM/CAD preparation.
  • Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Tender processes, including evaluation and high-level discussions with architects and M&E consultants.
  • Estimate costs and prepare Bills of Quantity (BOQ).
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities regarding project matters.
  • Manage and implement security projects.
  • Conduct security-related training courses internally and externally.
  • Deliver presentations to clients and groups showcasing our capabilities and value propositions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Assist the Head of Department (HOD) on other security projects.
  • Perform other relevant assignments as needed.

Knowledge & Experience Required

  • Degree in Engineering or Security Management preferred.
  • Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience in security audit, risk assessment, or project management.
  • Recognition as a Competent Person by MHA is an advantage.
  • Security certifications such as CPP, ICPS, or other relevant credentials are advantageous.
  • Additional certifications like PFSO, BCCE, or PMP are a plus.
  • Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required.
